If nothing else, these would be a decent gag gift or pair of shower shoes: Jersey Shore‘s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is now selling flip-flops emblazoned with pickles, her favorite food. They are unapologetically hideous.

They would be cute on a little girl and no one else, really. But they’re true to Snooki’s aesthetic, so you have to hand it to her for staying on message. They’re joining her leopard-print slippers another new addition, some tacky ruched sandals with a leopard-print sole. If there’s one thing you can say about Snooki’s forays into footwear design, it’s that these shoes are all very functional for what a guidette would need them for: flip-flops for that rare trip to the beach, slippers for bumming around the Shore house, and heinous ruched fake-silk sandals for when your 8-inch heels start to hurt at the club.

The shoes will be retailing for $15-$50, and the line is set to launch in time for the 2011 holiday. A second collection is reportedly coming in spring 2012. We now live in a world where Snooki, a person of no discernible talents and little charisma, has successful and lucrative careers in television, fashion and marketing. Get used to it.
