The third Ina women’s outpost is like the first two, only without the tourist anarchy on weekends. Twice as big and twice as quiet, luxuriate over the selection of designer goods on consignment. Don’t let your eye glaze over as you take in the color-coordinated rolling racks–this kind of shopping takes time. Set your shopping bags down in one of the expansive dressing rooms and roll your sleeves up. Sometimes it’s hard to tell good Prada from bad, especially when it’s still over $400 and reeks of two seasons ago. The patient are rewarded, however: there is often something remarkable dangling from the next hanger.
