The Butcher’s Daughter

This café and juice bar from Apothéke’s cocktail guru Heather Tierney serves up vegetarian dining for a new generation—and is pretty well summed up by its bright white space, yellow stools, and plants from the garden. Brandi Kowalski of ABC Kitchen put together the juice menu, which is heavy on herbal infusions. The PB&J features three(!) nut butters, the roasted caprese comes with cashew-mozzarella, and the Kasha-portobello burger’s a hallmark.
