Julianne Moore, Andy Cohen, Allison Sarofim, Stuart Parr, and Hunter Hill host  a fundraiser for the Perry Moore Hero Fund, with Francisco Costa, Tatum O”Neal, Dean Winters, and more in attendance.

The Perry Moore HERO Fund was founded in 2011 by Hunter Hill in partnership with the Hetrick-Martin Institute, to continue the work by Perry Moore to promote tolerance, strength, and understanding within the LGBTQ community, and honor his legacy. Moore worked through his life to spread tolerance and empowerment. The fund was named after HERO, Moore”s book about a gay superhero, that continues to touch lives. Honored at the fundraiser was Christian Sanchez, who graduates today from LaGuardia Community College after overcoming a difficult immigration to the U.S. from Mexico, and an abusive, LGBTQ-intolerant father. He is the first in his family to graduate from college. His inspiring story brought tears to the eyes of those in the room.

Stuart Parr generously opened his historic Tribeca home, the Marble House, to host the second annual fundraiser event. The actress Julianne Moore, Allison Sarofim, Stuart Parr, HMI executive director Thomas Krever, and Bravo’s Andy Cohen joined the Hero Fund founder (and BlackBook publisher) Hunter Hill to host the evening, with guests that included Calvin Klein creative director Francisco Costa, designer Cynthia Rowley, Sally Singer, Stefano Tonchi, Peter Davis, Richard Phillips, Josephine Meckseper, Jessica Joffe, Pamela Hanson, Andre Saraiva, Tatum O’Neal, Samantha Mathis, Dean Winters, Rich Graff, Ted Allen, Ann Dexter-Jones, Anh Duong, Todd DiCiurcio, Mickey Boardman, Rachelle Hruska MacPherson and Sean MacPherson, Bill Powers, David Maupin, Dominique Levy, Eileen Guggenheim, Yvonne Force Villareal, Pippa Cohen, Jennifer Sample, Todd Eberle, Glenn O’Brien, Donna D’Cruz, Oberon Sinclair, Jon Bond, Ben Shaul, and BlackBook’s Evanly Schindler, Jacob Brown and Anne Christensen, among others.

The evening’s guests enjoyed passed hors d’eouvres from Phil Winser’s The Fat Radish, specialty cocktails made with Blackwell Rum’s Goldeneye, and gift bags provided by LAFCO best online casino NY Luxury Home. TOD’s supported the evening.
