Penny Bradley’s gastropub specializes in dry-aged Prime New York Strip, fresh pasta, and novel takes on classic cocktails. Chef Daniel Eardley handles the food, while David Rabin from The Lamb’s Club and Johnny Swet and Larry Poston from Jimmy at The James have a handle on the cocktails and the scene. While the walls now boast sketches and prints, the triangular space still has its dark wood bar and walls full of windows. Impossibly abuzz.
