A family affair. Brothers Castillo shipped mama in to do the cooking. Superb ceviches, parihuela (Peruvian bouillabaisse), Niman Ranch pork chop on bed of cabbage and potato hash. Long waits, lots of noise, lovely nonetheless. Feel-good kinda place until you get the bill (Peruvian in everything but price). Trust your waiter’s recommendations, but get the lomo saltado anyway.
