Kiehl’s Debuts Its First-Ever Spa & New Oil-Free Collection
Native New York beauty brand Kiehl’s never fails, staying true to their apothecary roots while pumping out must-have, innovative products. This week, Kiehl’s is debuting its first-ever spa, Spa 1851. Located above their new Upper East Side shop, there are three iPad-equipped treatment rooms and lounges furnished with antiques and reclaimed vintage ceilings. One of the first truly unisex brands, the spa offers the same gender-neutral vibe, though it does have a separate grooming station where men can drop in for a shave or hair cut.
The Kiehl’s signature facial is custom-designed for each customer’s needs, and includes a skin diagnosis, infusion therapy, and a hand-blended mask. The anti-aging facial includes either Microdermabrasion or Micro Current Stimulation. Other treatments offered are massage, scalp treatments, and eye treatments.
Just as we enter the sticky days of summer, the brand has brilliantly launched the new Ultra Facial Oil Free Collection, which includes a cleanser, toner, lotion, and gel cream that will control oil without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. The timing couldn’t be more perfect.
