Hearth and Insieme crew land a third jewel for their wine bar crown. Similar vibe to downtown spots, combining under-control prices and top bites. Menu sounds an “old-school salute” to fried scallops in bacon vinaigrette, beef tongue sammies, and French dip. Glorious fry list covers funky beef balls, lamb sausage, house special Yoshi chicken. Wines reflect terroir, Rieslings from the Heiligenstein, chenin from Loire Valley tuffeau. Low-key space with long bar, chic black tables.
