Conveniently, NYC’s finest bringers of apocalyptic sonic mayhem, A Place To Bury Strangers, have released a new single, “Straight,” and the corresponding video is tailor made to obliterate your last shred of serenity.

Their aurally pulverizing new album Transfixation, out in February, finds them again wrapping seductive melodies in a merciless sonic barrage—seemingly more determined than ever to draw auditory blood. They’ll also be kicking off a US tour on February 17, with a date at Williamsburg Music Hall.
