A Psychotically American New Broadway Musical

Know of any financiers in need of a gig? If they can act (and sing), there’s a potential contender. It’s Wall Street meets Broadway for an American Psycho musical. Following the trend of making Hollywood films ever more flamboyant, a Broadway musical based on the Bret Easton Ellis work is currently in development, with Ellis as a consultant. It’s not the first musical about a killer (think Sweeney Todd), or the first musical where the front row is likely to be soused in blood, but it may be the first with a murder scene set to the music of Huey Lewis and the News.
