Jennifer Lopez has a lot of things on her to-do list, and apparently, aging is not one of them. The superstar showed up to this year’s Golden Globes boasting her fabulous globes for the globe to see — and nobody was complaining. At 45-years-old, Jenny has come a long way from the block, but she definitely isn’t showing it. With no wrinkle in sight, one may wonder how after 45 years of living on this earth with its pollution JLO has only chiseled abs and luscious locks to show for it.

Let’s face it, to look like Jennifer Lopez you’re going to have to workout like Jennifer Lopez. Her trainer of choice is of course Tracy Anderson. The star is said to constantly work out with cardio including biking, running, boxing and the stair master. Never skipping a beat, JLO does not go two days without breaking a sweat. Simple enough, right?
No. You must also have a strict diet if you want to have that radiant glow that Jen has. This diet includes absolutely no sugar or salt. Also you’ve gotta give up your alcohol and those pesky cigarettes.

When it comes to her skin. the star told Allure that “I get my cleanser from my dermatologist. I need a great cleanser because I’ve had to wear a lot of makeup for so many years. I use a very mild makeup remover and a very basic sunscreen-moisturizer combo, and I try to get lots of sleep.”
You can easily try all of the above steps and in 20 years see where it gets you. But, let’s face it, with all her millions in the bank Jennifer surely secretly scurries to the world’s best doctors for some laser-encouraged tightening and lifting, scalpel or not.
