BLACKBOOK PREMIERE: Kraak & Smaak’s Sensual Remix of Parisian Duo Sacre’s ‘Gaia’

As summer turns toward fall, our undying Europhilia begins to once again take hold of our imagination. This is especially true when it comes to music, where we look forward to any number of alluring autumn EU serenades.

To wit, Dutch producers Kraak & Smaak‘s impossibly sexy remix of “Gaia,” the debut single by Parisian duo Sacre. Their version takes the slow, sultry groove of the original, and morphs it into something decidedly more sensual and seductive…perhaps even a little lascivious. To be sure, the voluptuous synths, French-electro cool and Mitteleuropa atmospherics will have it filling dancefloors across Europe (and America) in the coming months.

It follows the irresistible remix by Neus, which infused the track with a Teutonic Depeche-Mode-disco-funk sensuousness.

Time to start booking those flights to the Continent…
