Why Did Kate Moss Need a Body Double For Her Latest Shoot?

You know you’re a bigtime model when you hire a model to do your modeling for you. Today, Kate Moss was spotted in London shooting what looks like a Mario Testino-lensed Stuart Weitzman campaign. She was sporting a fuzzy jacket, bedhead hair, knee-high suede boots and not much else. While it seemed like all in a day’s work for the 40-year-old fashion vet, Grazia reveals that the gig apparently required a younger doppelganger to "take some of the boot-modelling slack while [Moss] took a breather." Check out the (kind of NSFW) results after the jump.

As seen here, here, here and here, Kate Moss clearly does not need any help strutting her scantily-clad stuff in public. So, why did she need a body double for this shoot? Was it too cold in London for her? Hopefully it’s part of Testino’s vision and both models will be featured in the shoot separately.
