Here’s What You Need to Wear for a Hot Miami Club Vibe Workout
We’ve discussed 305 Fitness and its signature dance/cardio/Miami club vibes, but we haven’t talked about it since 25-year-old Sadie Kurzban and her team set up a shop of their very own at 18 West 8th Street.
Now that they’ve got a studio of their own, the style factor is turned up. Classes are DJed live and have actual light shows. All senses are engaged.
Like any good night out, the remaining (and we think majorly important) mood-setting factor is the perfect outfit.
First, you’re gonna need supportive sneakers because you are going to be jumping a lot. Here’s a pair from ASICS that makes me feel protected from ankle sprains, which is something I fear when jumping this much. Add these cushiony, colorful Bombas socks for additional protection.
Since a black light is a part of the 305 experience, I’ve got my eyes on these mostly white, snake print Koral Activewear leggings which would glow in while I dance (which could either draw attention to my two-left feet, or preferably distract from my poor dancing, in which case, win!)
As for a top, the 305-slogan-emblazoned tanks that read “Make Sweat Sexy” are a solid option but if you need something with a little more wicking power, we like the super lightweight racerbacks from Lululemon, like this one in white.
Instructors at 305 are some of the most energetic people and are known to whip off their tanks mid class revealing ripped abs and fashionable sports bras. Should you feel the urge to do a little strip-tease, or just to shed a layer, this Koral activewear bra will have everyone sneaking envious peeks at your back.
See you on the danceclub floor.
