Have You Seen Lana Del Rey’s Manga-Inspired Spread?

Lana Del Rey is taking on yet another new persona. Following the flower crown-wearing, blue jeans-flaunting look people love (or love to hate) that charmed H&M last year, the controversial pop star is channeling a colorful character inspired by Japanese Manga comic book art for Numéro Tokyo. Lensed by cult-cool Peruvian fashion photographer Mariano Vivanco and styled by Elle fashion editor/stylist Miranda Almond, the images feature her sporting a variety of spring 2013 looks amidst a dreamlike setting. Designer pieces from Chanel, Prada and Valentino all make appearances. Dare I say that this is one of LDR’s best spreads yet?
