See the full listing on our City Guides
If you’re in NYC for 4th of July, that really means one thing: you want a good view of those fireworks and you’ll do anything to get it. In this city, you’ve got to travel high and low and sometimes even across the Hudson River to really capture the colorful display. Here are our favorite places to witness that spectacular view, enjoy a cocktail and a snack, and rejoice in our country’s independence – and a day off from work.
Chandelier Room at the W Hoboken
Want a view of the fireworks AND all of New York City? This multifaceted lounge situated in Hoboken, New Jersey on the shore of the Hudson lets you have it all; flanked with a piano lounge, outdoor terrace, and chandeliers dripping with diamonds, this Room forever changes your view of NJ.
The guys who brought you Tenjune made a daring move, taking their game out to Jersey but, then again, it's the only game in town. Oversized crystal chandeliers, fireplaces, a piano lounge, outdoor space, and breathtaking views of Manhattan, the bar/lounge is a welcome addition to the pub-ridden land of Hoboken.
