Blink and you'll miss this strip-mall sushi joint, which is followed by a small and dedicated crowd of in-the-know locals, such as Jessica Alba. The menu is huge, leaving us wondering: where do they keep all the ingredients? Mix of traditional nigiri and flamboyant, native-to-California-style rolls. Not much to look at, but a feast for the mouth.
