This sleek, modern restaurant dishes up contemporary Japanese fare and sushi in a simple, yet elegant space. Duck under the leafy plants that hang over the entrance, stop to admire the wall simulating a bamboo forest, and you'll see why people say this little Beverly Hills nook feels fresh and verdant. Amongst the more traditional offerings of sashimi and tempura, the menu has a few delicious surprises, like black cod tacos and lobster ceviche. This place is one of those understated insider favorites.
