The Hamptons » Restaurant » Bridgehampton » Japanese
Unassuming and decidedly un-Hamptons, Yama-Q delivers health-minded sushi and Japanese in a tiny wood-covered Zen space. The restaurant does not seat more than 20 or so, and is packed even at (maybe especially at) lunch. With vegan options and a few ethnic oddities (such as a black bean burrito and Egyptian chick pea soup) you’ll be elbowing heath-nuts to get to the sushi bar.
