B-burg boutique in a gutted 1901 cooperage. Seventy-two rooms outfitted with custom wood beds made of recycled pine from the old factory. Flavor Paper on the walls, Goldie’s supplies local, crunchy soaps. Art scenes in the event space pretty much a given. In-house Reynards restaurant does farm-to-table Williamsburg-style. Upper level glass-and-aluminum-encased penthouses go for a pretty penny, worth it for the postcard skyline views. Bunk beds in the Band Rooms just the thing for post-Brooklyn Bowl gig crashing.
