Woodland

Editorial Review

Former Vandaag owner does New American eats with an underground (literally) lounge. Airy dining room with high aluminum seats and a yellow-lit bar that pops. Out back, brats cook on a wood-burning grill; downstairs, a DJ spins in an exposed-beam cellar. Main dishes come off the meat slicer: Riesling-braised rabbit, lamb T-bone, bullet steak with parsnip fries. Craft beers, cocktails featuring fruits and nuts. Bluegrass shows on the main stage, should the Nets be sold out.
