‘wichcraft

Editorial Review

Further evidence of Lincoln Center's flight from the dowdy: the house café is a ‘wichcraft. Colicchio et al bring the sandwich magic to The David Rubenstein Atrium. Visitor's center and box office gets more versatile with cocktail service in the evenings. Breakfast, soups, salads, pastries, all made from scratch. Cult-fave sandwiches like tuna with fennel, pork with red cabbage, and chopped chickpeas. Nighttime gets more sophisticated with dinner items like baked Arctic char, short ribs with grilled scallions.
