Ward that's good for what ails ya. If what ails ya is sobriety. Slip past the blacked-out glass for narrow, no-nonsense room with chairs and a bar and a pool table, yadayada. You're here for the booze. True to its name (also the neighborhood's historic moniker), there is whiskey—single-malt, scotches, and so on for the highbrow, plus low-rent specials for the low. Rarely packed except round the billiards, it's a calm, special place for those in their cups.
