PREVIEW: From the guys who brought you the tremendously popular Roots Handmade Pizza is this organic bakery and diner with a carbon footprint smaller than Leo's. Guilt-free breakfast and lunch sit-down dining turns into a night-time coffee and pastry stop-in. The space of the former Bleeding Heart Bakery & Cafe will be undergoing renovations for the new operation, so hop in your Chevy Volt and head over for the opening, Saturday, July 28.
