Some might not know this about WeHo: it's actually got a pretty strong Russian presence. Used to be the neighborhood of choice, and still a lot of remnants left over. Voda is more of a throwback, as it isn't actually that old. But there are banyas, wet and dry, and a "relaxation room." Of course there's a Korean style scrub room too, this being L.A. And important to know: the saunas are co-ed.
