Working hard to create an authentic experience in the old Drago space, Ushuaia offers natural prime steaks straight out of the wood-fired grill, replete with yummy sauces like classic chimichurri or salsas made with malbec reductions. Sides like creamed spinach or French fries are almost as impossible to resist as the detailed South American wine list.
