Of course, the advantage of staying in a glass-curtained sore thumb: insane views in all directions. Interiors aren't bad either, Fendi Casa furnishings, flatscreens, with bronze fixtures and stone-slab countertops in the lux bathrooms. Multiple in-house playgrounds, from chill library to fine sushi to nightclubby lounge to decadent pool deck party. André Balazs ain't sweating it, however.
