This wine connoisseur’s dream spot doubles as a Godsend for any guy trying to act sophisticated and get laid. Over 35 wines by the glass and countless bottles from more countries than most can name. Hummus and cheese plates are about the extent of the menu, but leather couches and 3 stone indoor/outdoor fireplaces keep crowds around for hours. Mountainside and mellow, not the spot for Jaeger bombs and karaoke, but a full-bar making classic cocktails will keep everyone involved. The price reflects the location but you’ll save on cabs and sleeping pills.
