The Saint Austere

Editorial Review

Not out for beatification, just looking to be a neighborly place for a casual drink or four. Sizable wine list plucks faves from Greece to Italy to Spain. Small plates keep to the Euro theme. Charcuterie and cheese, chorizo and potato frittata, fried artichokes with lemon-garlic aioli. Narrow room keeps things friendly. Exposed bulbs light metal front bar, lead to communal tables in back. Brick wall, tin ceiling, weathered wood floors make for comfortable vibe all around.
