Rooftop spread high atop Hotel Le Bleu. Generic name signals standard interior, with white tablecloths, beige walls, wine bottles for decoration. Outdoor balconies are where the action is, featuring sick views all around, most especially along the Manhattan skyline. Menu is standard banquet fare with an Italian accent. Shrimp scampi, penne a la vodka, grilled chicken Caesar salad. Great for groups—there's rarely a soul in here.
