Approach is more casual than the progenitor, with à la carte options for French-accented fare. Seasonal touches, suckling pig with dried apricots, scallops seared with sorrel. Date-night roast chicken for two with foie gras and truffles. Elaborate cocktails in the mahogany barroom. Rye and Thai chilies in the Satan’s Circus should get your heart kick-started alright.
