Artisinal Kosher cuisine from chef Chaim Davids, who's recreated many of the dishes he learned growing up in a large Jewish family in Baltimore. The interesting, varied menu here blends Mediterranean and traditional Kosher meals with local, organic ingredients and spices from all over. Davids' dishes beys traditional dietary laws of Judaism, with pickles barreled and charcuterie meats smoked in house. Try the BLT with lamb bacon or pulled chipolte chicken sandwich beside yam fries with jalapeno-lime aioli. Very cool interior design, somehow both minimal yet opulent, slick yet welcoming. Knish of the day.
