The hotel bar at Williamsburg’s Wythe, atop a six-story roof. Run by the same folks at Reynard, the farm-to-table spot downstairs. Intimate space, mosaic tile floor, but minimal furnishings (view across the water is more than sufficient décor). Local liquors make up the specialty cocktail list; plenty of odd wines and craft beers. Only ’til 1AM, so make it count. Oh, warm summer nights.
