After gaining notoriety with Los Feliz's Bar Covell and Silverlake's L&E Oyster Bar, Dustin Lancaster spices up Highland Park with The Hermosillo, a craft beer and wine bar. The formerly-seedy location has been gussied up with windows that open onto the street, and is stocked with a central bar and vintage booths. The menu leans Latin with obscure wine and beer from Mexico, Spain, and Argentina, and although food is still to come, it's obvious that this place is already a neighborhood staple.
