The Dutch

Editorial Review

Andrew Carmellini of Locanda Verde fame gets all Nouveau American on Soho. USA is the leaping off point, but international accents abound. Quinoa and smoked lamb links, lamb necks and mole, hiramasa with soy and daikon. Oyster bar serves up shellfish from as far afield as British Columbia, along with American caviar, prawns and rémoulade. Comfort food collard greens and fried chicken, late-night burgers. Classic space plays it safe, with whitewashed brick, wooden tables, flashes of red.
