The Dining Room, much too popular for its cubbyhole of a venue, is now in collaboration with Shelborne's Vesper Brasserie, offering a full bar, new American cuisine, and most of all, more space. Smell the sea while you dine poolside or post up within the romantic and rustic interior. The sweet potato gnocchi is the only excitement on the menu and the best wines on the list are only available by bottle. But that's the beauty of a hotel restaurant - drink 'til you drop and get a room.
