The Delachaise is for those who wax nostalgic for the days when smoking and eating could be done in the same room. Cheeses, tapas and a few entrees round out the limited--but tasty--menu; there's enough to make a satisfying meal. Still, since it makes less than 50 percent of its income off chow, the place is technically a bar, so smoke away inside its narrow, dark burgundy confines.
