Editorial Review

Flemish/Walloon redux on St. Marks. Second go-round for bi-level temple to all beers Belgian. Dangling bottles over the front bar shine a light on taps dispensing the likes of Leffe, Chimay, and DT. Full selection of booze, too, plus Euro-style eats like charcuterie and cheese plates. Bottle lights pick up again in the lounge, which is decked with chic white banquettes and elaborate wood walls. Dim wattage keeps things on the chill side.
