Cut-to-order cheesesteak sandwiches, gourmet-style. The Traditional Philly starts with shaved prime rib layered with gooey cheese (provolone, American or Whiz) with or without sautéed onions; The Classic adds mushrooms; and The New Yorker piles on peppers, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and roasted garlic mayo. Specialty steaks include shaved prime rib and wagyu beef with a variety of unusual garnishes, such as carmelized onion jam, double-cream brie, truffle aioli and bacon mayo. Portobello mushroom vegetarian sandwich and gluten-free ‘toppings-on-salad’ options, but nobody should miss the garlic parmesan ACC fries. Onion rings, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches and a liquor license complete the decadence.
