Thai Select

Editorial Review

Heavy design grabs the eye from drab Ninth Avenue. Green glowing lightboxes and nightclub lighting. Exposed brick side wall keeps things grounded. Fusiony Thai food aesthetically pleasing as well. Start with crab croquette, wonton holding a diabolical blend of crustacean and cream cheese. Follow with the duck, in tamarind, honey, lemongrass, or strawberry(!) iterations. Affordable, so makes for a totally underrated spot to start off a night at nearby MSG, Loews, theater district, etc.
