Seamus Mullen follows up Boqueria with another run of authentic tapas, this time channeling the cider houses of Asturias. Cider barrel gets pride of place behind the bar, primed to dispense lightly bubbly sidra from the north of Spain. Open kitchen in the back room cranks out grilled clams and lamb meatballs, garlic sausage and cheesy flatbreads. Spanish wine list helps it go down smooth. Rustic space with distressed walls, oak accents, vaulted ceilings. Lived-in in all the right ways.
