Aspen » Bar » Downtown Core
It’s rough with competition in town Matsu, but Takah delivers special sushi and Japanese cuisine. Macadamia encrusted halibut, miso grilled salmon in sake broth, and crispy Chinese duck will blow sushi connoisseurs minds. Sushi and full bar alongside of the dining room keeps the crowd animated, the long sake list doesn’t hurt. Tourists and locals alike convene because of the location and reputation. Good date spot but not a candlelight, handholding venue. In the summertime, sit out on the patio and enjoy the views of downtown foot traffic while they eyeball your atomic shrimp.
