Within the last six years, this venue has changed its concept, but we think they've finally gotten it right this time. Swirl has finally captured its niche, giving patrons sexy live Latin music with their vino. But it doesn't end there: They also host monthly wine tastings, art shows and Latin dance parties. They may not get as much attention in the wine world as nearby Bin 36, but their wine list is just as important.
