Superba Snack Bar

Editorial Review

This modern pasta bar in Venice has got one thing that others don't: spiked pasta. In this dish, the rigatoni is infused with rye, the sauce has amaro, and suddenly you don't have to order that second drink - it's a two-in-one deal. Other handmade offerings include garganelli with lamb bolognese and fried duck egg with papas bravas. The inside features funky wallpaper and an open kitchen (so you can make sure they're putting justtt enough rye in that rigatoni), and outside is a patio for people-watching and sangria-drinking.
