This pop-up bar — open until January 2012 — delivers a 270-degree view that sweeps from Tower Bridge to the Gherkin (a.k.a. the Swiss Re Building). Despite its odd location atop the world's largest student housing building, the bar draws twentysomething Sloanes (a.k.a. kids who live in the French Connection but will die in L.A.) Insiders know to book a reso for a night when a DJ fills up the two-story main space with light.
