Sag Harbor’s seminal sushi restaurant, Sen, is perpetually crowded but decked out with lounge couches to accommodate the wait. The sidewalk seats offer the best in people-watching as well. Inventive sushi, exotic salads and a diverse sake list keep the beautiful people returning despite the no-reservation policy. The freshest catches in town show up both on your plate and in the seats.
