Seersucker

Editorial Review

Put the south in your mouth. Comfy 40-seater is big on small farms and indie purveyors. Arkansas-raised chef Robert Newton knows his way around a frying pan, with pan roasted Florida shrimp, cast iron upstate duck breast, and fried chicken among many standouts. Drinks lean Dixie as well, with a generous selection of bourbon, rye, and moonshine on offer. Exposed brick walls and lots of wood somehow keep the atmosphere bright.
