This dimly lit lounge is one part contemporary European Jazz club with an equal part restaurant. Sambuca serves lunch, dinner, as well as a late night menu. Menu captures tastes from different regions of the world and mixes in some Americana. Start out with the lobster dumpling and a martini and go back South with the Blackened Red Snapper Etouffee. Ask to be seated on the rooftop to catch the sun reflecting off Nashville's skyline. Music's a healthy mix of R&B, Classic Rock, and Jazz.
