Is "I do Jennifer Aniston's hair" a strong enough business plan? Probably. Very simple-looking (from the outside) hair salon will probably be one of the most fabulous places at the already-fabulous Malibu Country Mart. The three principals are hairdressers to the stars, and the prices aren't as ridiculous as they could get away with.
