Another dive-y family motel has been reborn into a hipster haven in Montauk: This time it's the Second House Tavern, gloriously transformed into a boutique hotel, restaurant and club complex. In addition to the 19 cabin-style rooms, there's indoor and outdoor seating at the restaurant, a casual smoothie bar, an outdoor beer garden in the former motel pool, Blackwell Rum Shack for your Jamaica fix, and a late-night disco they are calling the "The Electric Eel."
